Australasian Vaulting Industries is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm. We are closed on public holidays.
Yes, Australasian Vaulting Industries has FREE parking spaces available directly outside.
No-one is able to access your safe deposit box without you. We use a dual locking system, one lock is for the client key, the other for AVI staff. The box cannot be opened without both present.
If your keys are lost, the box will need to be drilled, locks replaced and keys re-issued (at the clients expense).
Access will only be granted to a government agency if a warrant is issued by an Australian Court.
AVI offers complimentary insurance up to $10,000 per safe deposit box, with policies available to cover your assets above this value.
Many Self Managed Super Funds hold assets that require secure storage, such as gold, silver, coins and bank notes. AVI will take a copy of the trust deed and create an account for the SMSF, nominating the trustees as the account holders.
AVI is governed by legislation that forbids the storing of firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, liquids or organic materials. If you are unsure of the suitability, it is best to ask first.

For the safety of our customers and staff we limit the weight of our small and medium boxes to 15kg. Large and XL are limited to 30kg.
